We love our area.

The local surrounds of Bayswater and Notting Hill is filled with hidden gems, and being in London just gets better and better. Finding new local haunts keeps things fun. Bayswater really does have it all; great London pubs, cuisine from around the world, cosmopolitan life with numerous parks and walks, all within easy access to magnificent diversity of the great city we live in.

We are within walking distance of Bayswater, Queensway and Notting Hill Gate underground stations. Oxford Street and Marble Arch are one stop on the tube. Many of our guests enjoy a stroll around Kensington Palace Gardens or nearby Hyde Park which offers some of London’s best green spaces, all on our doorstep.. Across Hyde Park is the Royal Albert Hall, Harrods and High Street Kensington.

If you’re after a bit of history & culture- Bayswater and our surrounding areas have lots to offer.  Famous London landmarks, great shopping, museums and West End Theatres are all within a short distance of our location.

We are perfectly located for many events in the British Sporting Calendar including Wimbledon Tennis.

As well as the perfect choice of hotel for Leisure - The Princes Square is also very popular with business and corporate customers who are in London to attend an exhibition at the Earls Court or Olympia which are both located close to us here in Bayswater.

For horticulturalists, we are centrally located for both the RHS Hampton Court Palace and RHS Chelsea Flower shows and the Royal Botanical gardens at Kew is a short drive away.

Situated in the prestigious surroundings of Notting Hill and Bayswater, we are amongst some of the City’s major tourist and business districts. We are an English Heritage listed collection of three Victorian townhouses stylishly converted into the Princes Square Hotel.
